Ledgerline Help
Ledgerline Help is a support assistant for a made-up payments company. You ask a question and it answers from the company's own documentation, showing the exact passage behind each answer. When the documentation has no answer it says so and offers to pass you to a person, and an admin page and a public report card show how well it does.

What it proves
- Answers are grounded in a real document set, with a cited passage you can open at the exact paragraph.
- It declines instead of guessing: below a confidence threshold no AI model is called at all.
- Handover to a person is built in, as a ticket that carries the conversation.
- Quality is measured in public, with 42 evaluation questions and a scorecard on the site.
How this adapts to your project
Point it at your own help centre, knowledge base or policy documents and it answers in your voice with links back to your pages. The ticket step connects to the helpdesk you already use, such as Zendesk or Intercom, and the evaluation page becomes your regular check that answers stay correct as the documents change.
