Invoice Inbox Agent
Invoice Inbox Agent reads supplier invoices and turns them into tidy ledger rows, showing how sure it is about each field. Doubtful values go to a review queue where a person checks them before anything is saved. The approved ledger can sync to Google Sheets, uploads are purged every day, and every action is kept in an audit trail.

What it proves
- Structured extraction with a confidence score per field, not just per document.
- A review queue puts a person in front of every doubtful value, and a total that does not match its lines is flagged.
- It copes with awkward inputs such as scanned copies, credit notes, multi-page invoices and comma decimals.
- Privacy by design: uploads are deleted after 24 hours.
- A Google Sheets adapter shows how the ledger leaves the system.
How this adapts to your project
Connect the ledger to the accounting system your client uses, such as Xero, QuickBooks or a plain spreadsheet, and set the confidence threshold to match how much checking they want. Supplier-specific rules, such as expected VAT rates, slot into the same review step.
